Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of enrollment. After this period, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances, regardless of usage.
For digital course access: a refund may be considered if you have not substantially used the course materials.
For plans that include a physical bansuri: the flute is non-refundable once shipped. If your flute has not yet shipped, a full refund may be processed. If it has shipped, the value of the flute will be deducted from any refund amount.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current subscription period.
Email support@malharmusic.com within 7 days of enrollment with your order ID and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed within 7–12 business days.
Refund requests raised after the 7-day window — including those based on non-usage, change of mind, or circumstances arising after enrollment — are not eligible for review. Our team's decision on refund matters is final.
